[ ] Confirm whether any separate party-wall, sewer or other consents are needed. [ ] Keep the latest drawings and decisions available to the construction team. DURING CONSTRUCTION [ ] Notify building control as required before starting work. [ ] Agree the required inspection stages and book inspections in advance. [ ] Do not cover work that needs inspection before the inspection takes place. [ ] Refer changes to your designer and building control body as appropriate. [ ] Retain relevant test certificates and records of inspections. AT COMPLETION [ ] Arrange the final inspection and resolve outstanding requirements.
