George is our trainee site manager and one of the next generation of talent coming through the business. Keen to learn, thoughtful in his approach, and with a genuine interest in construction, George has already become a valued member of the team.
After completing a two-year T-level in construction, George progressed to university, where he is currently studying engineering alongside developing his practical experience with us on site. Combining his academic studies with real-world construction experience is giving him an excellent foundation on which to build his career.
George has a naturally inquisitive approach and, importantly, understands the value of listening and learning from the experienced people around him. He takes a genuine interest in how projects come together, asks the right questions, and is always keen to develop his knowledge. Working alongside our site managers, subcontractors, and wider project team is allowing him to see firsthand what it takes to successfully manage a construction project.
Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to get involved, George has a great attitude towards both his work and his studies. We are passionate about encouraging young people into the construction industry, and it is incredibly rewarding to see someone with George's potential developing within the business.
Outside of work and university, George is a big music fan and enjoys going to concerts and gigs whenever he gets the chance. He has a cat called Kenny, who we suspect demands just as much attention as his studies.
George has an exciting career ahead of him, and we're proud to have him as part of the team. We look forward to supporting his development and seeing where his enthusiasm, ability, and growing experience take him in years to come.
